Charcoal pencils with a twist. Derwent have blended charcoal with pigments to give the artist a wider range of colours that just traditional black. As with Derwent Graphitint, the palette is more muted when dry, but brightens with a wet paintbrush. Soft and smudgy, but not quite as messy as willow charcoal!
